Rotating unions for marine environments
In the offshore sector, rotating unions are subjected to extreme conditions of use. The saline environment is very corrosive and the swivel fittings must withstand salt spray. Pacquet Raccord Tournant has developed specific products to meet the requirements of the sector: rotating joints subjected to high pressures are used in these conditions, partially or fully immersed, at depths of up to 100 m below ground. 316L grade stainless steel, chemical nickel, A4 grade screws, etc.: the swivel fittings are designed to fully comply with the requirements of the marine environment.
